DISCHARGE DATE (MOTHER MATERNITY SERVICES) is the DATE on which the mother ceased to be cared for in a Maternity Episode. This will be the last Contact Date with a MIDWIFE when care is then continued by a Specialist Community Public Health Nurse: Health Visitor.
