ESTIMATED GLOMERULAR FILTRATION RATE is the result of the Clinical Investigation to determine the PATIENT's Estimated Glomerular Filtration Rate (eGFR), a test that is used to assess how well the kidneys are working.

ESTIMATED GLOMERULAR FILTRATION RATE is a measurement of how many millilitres (ml) of waste fluid the kidneys can filter from the blood in a minute, measured in 'Millilitres per Minute divided by 1.73 Square Metres (ml/min/1.73m²)'.
