For example, a SERVICE REQUEST for an APPOINTMENT may be related to a previous SERVICE REQUEST where the PATIENT refused all the offered dates. Another example is where a SERVICE REQUEST has been subdivided into further SERVICE REQUESTS each for a specific and different treatment, all related back to the originating SERVICE REQUEST.
