This identifies the relationship between one ACTIVITY and another.

For example: a CARE ACTIVITY as part of an ACTIVITY GROUP, or a CLINICAL INTERVENTION that takes place at a CARE CONTACT. More specifically a Consultant Episode (Hospital Provider) taking place within a Hospital Provider Spell or an out-patient procedure taking place during an Out-Patient Attendance Consultant.
