IMAGE REQUEST DATE is the same as attribute SERVICE REQUEST DATE.

IMAGE REQUEST DATE is only mandatory when applicable in the National Cancer Dataset for head and neck cancer. This is when the pre-treatment imaging was requested.

IMAGE REQUEST DATE is the SERVICE REQUEST DATE of the first DIAGNOSTIC TEST REQUEST in the Head and Neck Cancer Care Spell where the request results in an Imaging or Radiodiagnostic Event where the CANCER IMAGING MODALITY is CT scan or MRI.
