The number of working hours lost of an EMPLOYEE absence. It is based upon the EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT WORKING HOURS for the POSITION of the EMPLOYEE in the period of the EMPLOYEE absence as recorded by the EMPLOYEE ABSENCE START DATE and EMPLOYEE ABSENCE END DATE.
