Group Therapy is a SESSION where more than one PATIENT attends at the same time, to see one or more CARE PROFESSIONAL(s).  Clinical notes are recorded in each individual PATIENT record.

For the Community Information Data Set and Children and Young People's Health Services Data Set, Group Therapy is recorded as a CARE CONTACT.

Note: Group Sessions are recorded when the attendees at the SESSION are not known in advance, and clinical notes are not made in individual PATIENT records.
