     is the DISCHARGE DATE (HOSPITAL PROVIDER SPELL)

• Out-Patient Appointments

   (non-admitted care and diagnostic tests) is the  APPOINTMENT DATE

• Packages of Care

   is the END DATE of the ACTIVITY within the Package of Care

• Emergency Care Attendances

   is the EMERGENCY CARE DEPARTURE DATE

• Critical care is the END DATE of that particular level of critical care.
