Supervised Discharge Episode is an ACTIVITY GROUP.

A period of time a PATIENT who is subject to a Care Programme Approach Episode, receives supervised aftercare under the provision of Section 25 of the Mental Health Act 1983 as amended by the Mental Health (Patients in the Community) Act 1995. The Supervised Discharge Episode starts on the date supervised aftercare commences.

Each Supervised Discharge Episode must be part of only one Care Programme Approach Episode.
