Skin Cancer Care Spell is an ACTIVITY GROUP.
The period of time during which a PATIENT may receive care who has been diagnosed as suffering from skin cancer.
For basal cell carcinoma and squamous cell carcinoma, all lesions diagnosed will be included within one Skin Cancer Care Spell.
There will be a new Skin Cancer Care Spell for each malignant melanoma diagnosed, each Kaposi's sarcoma diagnosed and each B-cell or T-cell lymphoma diagnosed.
Each Skin Cancer Care Spell may be the care for one or more skin lesions, or it may also be for one B-Cell or T-Cell lymphoma occurring at one or more Skin Lymphoma morphologies.
Each Skin Cancer Care Spell may be for a malignant melanoma, Karposi's sarcoma, B-Cell or T-Cell lymphoma occurring at one or more Dermatologist Body Sites.
