The 2022 Health and Care Act replaced the National Tariff Payment System with the NHS Payment Scheme, which came into effect on 1 April 2023.Data Set specifications that contain references to the National Tariff Payment System will be replaced with references to the NHS Payment Scheme in the next version of Information Standards, where they are not already correct.
