The total number of TRANSPORT REQUEST INCIDENTS where an Emergency Transport Request has been made that resulted in an Emergency Response arriving at the scene (where there is a TRANSPORT REQUEST FIRST RESPONSE ARRIVAL TIME or an AMBULANCE ARRIVAL TIME), sub-divided by RESPONSE CATEGORY.

If there have been multiple calls or TRANSPORT REQUESTS to a TRANSPORT REQUEST INCIDENT, only one TRANSPORT REQUEST INCIDENT should be reported.
