Mental Health Care Team Member is a CARE PROFESSIONAL TEAM MEMBER.

In cases where the Mental Health Care Team Member is not directly employed by the Health Care Provider providing the specialist mental health services, the Mental Health Care Team Member has a responsibility to report any relevant day to day activity conducted with a PATIENT as part of the team delivering specialist mental health services to the PATIENT.
