Dental Treatment Contact is a CARE CONTACT.

A single occasion within a Dental Episode involving a face to face contact between a Dental Staff Member and a PATIENT where dental care is provided. This encompasses all patient care provided by the Community Dental Service, excluding care provided as part of an Oral Health Programme. Each Dental Treatment Contact may involve more than one Dental Treatments with different DENTAL TREATMENT CLASSIFICATIONS.
