CREATININE CLEARANCE is a MEASURED PERSON OBSERVATION.
CREATININE CLEARANCE is the measurement of a PERSON's renal function, in terms of expulsion of creatinine, measured in millilitres per minute. This is recorded when certain Chemotherapy drugs, for example, carboplatin, are administered.
