Description
LESION SIZE (PATHOLOGICAL) is the diameter of the Lesion, (or largest Lesion if there is more than one), where the histology of a SAMPLE proves to be invasive during a Cancer Care Spell, where the UNIT OF MEASUREMENT is 'Millimetres (mm)'.
Note: This item does not adhere to NHS England Data Design Principles but cannot be changed for this version of the data set as it is included in the Royal College of Pathologists data set only. It should not be used in any other data set until the Data Design Principles are met.
