Description

GRADE OF DIFFERENTIATION (PATHOLOGICAL) is the same as attribute GRADE OF DIFFERENTIATION.

GRADE OF DIFFERENTIATION (PATHOLOGICAL) is the definitive grade of the Tumour based on the evidence from a pathological examination during a Cancer Care Spell.

Note: This item does not adhere to NHS England Data Design Principles but cannot be changed for this version of the data set as it is included in the Royal College of Pathologists data set only. It should not be used in any other data set until the Data Design Principles are met.
