        The scope of the HIV and AIDS Reporting Data Set is all PATIENTS who are diagnosed with Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) and receive HIV care from Health Care Providers.

        The Maternity Services Data Set (MSDS) is a PATIENT-level data set that captures key information at each stage of the maternity care pathway including mother’s demographics, Antenatal Booking Appointments, admissions and re-admissions, Screening Tests, Labour and Delivery along with baby’s demographics, admissions, diagnoses and Screening Tests.

      • Mental Health Services Data Set

        The Mental Health Services Data Set (MHSDS) is a PATIENT level, output based, secondary uses data set which aims to deliver robust, comprehensive, nationally consistent and comparable person-based information for children, young people and adults (including elderly people) who are in contact with specialist secondary Mental Health Services located in England, or located outside England but treating PATIENTS commissioned by an English Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) or NHS England and NHS Improvement specialised commissioner.
