Use in the Future Outpatient CDS: 
Omit for future attendances which have NOT been cancelled.

For cancelled future attendances use the appropriate value (see OUTCOME OF ATTENDANCE).

OUTCOME OF ATTENDANCE CODE replaces OUTCOME OF ATTENDANCE and should be used for all new and developing data set and for XML messages.
