PERSON INITIALS is used to record a PERSON's initials.

PERSON INITIALS is the same as PERSON NAME WORD TEXT where the PERSON NAME WORD TYPE equals 'e. Person Initials'.

This is the e-Government Interoperability Framework (e-GIF) standard that should be used for all new and developing systems and for XML messages.
