Notes:
The CLINICAL CLASSIFICATION CODE using ICD coding to record a PERSON PROPERTY sign or symptom. Signs or symptoms are objective indications of the existence of a disease or condition as perceptible to the examiner (sign) or the subjective evidence of a disease or condition as reported by the PERSON (symptom). This includes signs and symptoms such as weight loss, jaundice, abdominal pain, headaches, dysphagia, vomiting and anaemia.
