SECURE ACCOMMODATION REQUIREMENT

A subtype of PERSON PROPERTY.

A period of time during which a PATIENT has been identified as requiring secure accommodation. Mentally disordered people and others with similar needs, will require secure accommodation, whether identified by the courts as presenting a risk, or otherwise assessed as requiring a degree of security above open prison due to their condition. It should exclude people with learning disabilities.
