Background:
The NHS Data Model and Dictionary Service are currently working with the Department of Health and Information Centre for Health and Social Care to develop the following Data Sets:
- Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services
- Childrens and Young Peoples Health Services
- Improving Access to Psychological Therapies
- Maternity
- National Drug Treatment Monitoring System
- Renal
During the business analysis stage, a number of preparatory Change Requests have been developed to add common items to the NHS Data Model and Dictionary, which will result in changes to the diagrams.
This Patch updates the updates the "Category Valued Person Observation" diagram prior to the Change Requests being incorporated.
