Description
DATE TIME OF BIRTH (BABY) is the same as attribute PERSON BIRTH DATE and PERSON BIRTH TIME.
DATE TIME OF BIRTH (BABY) is the date on and time at which a PERSON was born, from the End Date and End Time of the Fetus Episode.
The date corresponds to:

the PERSON BIRTH DATE of the baby, where a REGISTRABLE BIRTH was recorded
or
-
the recorded End Date of the Fetus Episode, where the mother miscarried a Fetus (unborn baby) during the associated Maternity Episode i.e. where the pregnancy ends in or before the 24th week of gestation (which excludes it being recorded as a REGISTRABLE BIRTH).
