PERFORMANCE STATUS FOR YOUNG PERSON

The "Lansky Play - Performance Scale" indicating a young PERSON's status relating to activity / disability.

This scale is used for young PERSONS aged 16 years and under.

Note: see PERFORMANCE STATUS FOR ADULTS for codes for an adult, i.e. over 16 years of age.

National Codes:

00100% = Fully active, normal
0190% = Minor restrictions in physically strenuous activity
0280% = Active, but tires more quickly
0370% = Both greater restriction of, and less time spent in, play activities
0460% = Up and around, but minimal active play; keeps busy with quieter activities
0550% = Gets dressed but lies around much of the day; no active play; able to participate in all quiet play and activities 
0640% = Mostly in bed; participates in quiet activities
0730% = In bed; needs assistance even for quiet play
0820% = Often sleeping; play entirely limited to very passive activities
0910% = No play; does not get out of bed
105% = Unresponsive
110% = Dead
