• identified as requiring immunisation against VACCINE PREVENTABLE DISEASE of Tuberculosis (BCG) on the basis of meeting any of the following conditions:
  • the PERSON is aged six years and over
  • the PERSON is under six years of age with a history of residence or prolonged stay of over three months in a country with an annual Tuberculosis incidence of 40/100,000 or greater
  • PERSONS who have had close contact with a PERSON known to have Tuberculosis, or
  • PERSONS who have a family history of Tuberculosis within the last five years
• for each IMMUNISATION AGE GROUP (TUBERCULOSIS) and IMMUNISATION PROGRAMME TYPE (TUBERCULOSIS) that the vaccine is offered to within a REPORTING PERIOD.
