The date on which a PATIENT first attends a Hospital Provider for out-patient, Ward Attendance, emergency, or other non-admitted treatment as a result of a particular ROAD TRAFFIC ACCIDENT.

If the PATIENT is admitted prior to the attendance this date is not required.
