This is the date when the Mental Health Minimum Data Set File was created.

Usage:
This is a mandatory data element when submitting the Mental Health Minimum Data Set. Used in the NHS standard format which is the e-Government Interoperability Framework (e-GIF) compliant format of CCYY-MM-DD.

This data element is populated by the Mental Health Minimum Data Set Assembler program.
