An Operating Theatre Session is 'held' if at least one operation is carried out during the period by a member of the CONSULTANT firm of the same specialty as that allocated the SESSION.

An Operating Theatre Session is 'cancelled' if a member of the CONSULTANT firm of the same specialty as that allocated the SESSION does not perform at least one operation during the period to which the SESSION was finally allocated.

For Consultant Clinic Session, this records whether or not the intended SESSION took place.

For Radiology Department this records whether a Fraction, for which an appointment was made, took place.
