AMOUNT OF ACTIVE INGREDIENT

The measure of the amount of SUBSTANCE in a GENERIC PRESCRIBABLE ITEM, using a REFERENCE LIMIT UNIT OF MEASURE. Examples include 100mg. This may be used with the UNIT OF MEDICAMENT to identify, for example, that there are 100mg of a SUBSTANCE per tablet, or per 100mls.
