A Drug Misuser is a PATIENT recieiving advice or care from a Drug Misuse Facility of a Drug Misuse Agency.

An individual receiving advice and/or care from a Drug Misuse Agency.

Note: An individual may receive care from more than one Drug Misuse Agency, particularly over a period of time. However, Drug Misuser records will be created and maintained by each Drug Misuse Agency who will identify each record with a DRUG MISUSE DATABASE NUMBER.
