Cancer Clinical Status Assessment is a CARE CONTACT.

The assessment of a PATIENT's clinical condition. This may take place at a review point within the PATIENT's Cancer Care Plan or may be required if the PATIENT's condition changes during treatment, for example if the PATIENT reports toxicity as a result of treatment.
