PERSON GENDER CURRENT is the same as PERSON GENDER CODE where the PERSON GENDER TYPE equals '02 - Person Gender Current'.

The e-Government Interoperability Framework (e-GIF) standard PERSON GENDER CURRENT will be replaced with PERSON GENDER CODE CURRENT, which should be used for all new and developing systems and for XML messages.
