Supervision Register Episode is an ACTIVITY GROUP.

A period of time a PATIENT who is subject to a Care Programme Approach Episode, is registered on a supervision register. The Supervision Register Episode starts on the date the PATIENT is entered in the supervision register and ends when the PATIENT is removed from the supervision register.

Each Supervision Register Episode must be part of only one Care Programme Approach Episode.
