Reason for Change:Instances of Health Authority remain within attributes COMPLAINT HCHS SERVICE AREA and COMPLAINT HCHS STAFF CATEGORY in the NHS Data Dictionary Version.2 and these instances are removed by this DSCN

Background:

The attributes contained within this paper were changed by DSCN 36/2002 (1st October 2002), but some instances of Health Authority were not removed from these attributes as the instances exist within the current KO41 (A) - Central Return form (data year 2001/02). As a result of the KO41 (A) Central Return form for the data year 2002/03, not being available until early 2003, the instances of Health Authority that remain within the attributes COMPLAINT HCHS SERVICE AREA and COMPLAINT HCHS STAFF CATEGORY have been removed by this DSCN from the NHS Data Dictionary Version.2.
