DATE TIME OF BIRTH (BABY) is the same as attribute PERSON BIRTH DATE and PERSON BIRTH TIME, from the End Date and End Time of the Fetus Episode.
The date corresponds to:
- the PERSON BIRTH DATE of the baby, where a REGISTRABLE BIRTH was recorded
or
- the recorded End Date of the Fetus Episode, where the mother miscarried a Fetus during the associated Maternity Episode i.e. where the pregnancy ends in or before the 24th week of gestation (which excludes it being recorded as a REGISTRABLE BIRTH).
