- For the Mental Health Services Data Set, National Code P1 'Internal Referral' has been introduced to replace the National Codes under the headings. Users collecting the National Codes at the lower level must map to National Code P1 prior to submission of the Mental Health Services Data Set:
- The National Codes descriptions of this Attribute have been updated as a result of the work undertaken for the development of the Mental Health Services Data Set. The Improving Access to Psychological Therapies Data Set specification will be updated in the next version of the Information Standard where it is not already correct.
