Protected Characteristics Protocol (Disability)

The Protected Characteristic Protocol (Disability) (PCP-D) is a type of ASSESSMENT TOOL.

The Protected Characteristic Protocol (Disability) is designed to identify PATIENTS who have a health problem or DISABILITY that limits day-to-day activities and which has lasted, or is expected to last, at least twelve months.

For PATIENTS who are identified with a health problem or DISABILITY which affects day-to-day activities, a list of further questions are asked.

The responses for each of the items are as follows:

If the PATIENT answers that they have no DISABILITY or respond that they 'Prefer not to say', no further questions are asked.
