Community Health Services are provided in accordance with the NHS Standard Contract for Community Services which includes a range of SERVICES and treatments provided by CARE PROFESSIONALS in the Community such as:

• health visiting
• district nursing
• health promotion drop-in sessions
• residential care home visits
• school nursing activities
• community dentistry

SERVICES may be provided in various LOCATIONS and settings in the community.
