This is a meta data class.

A type of META ACTIVITY QUALIFIER that qualifies a META ACTIVITY QUALIFIER rather than the META ACTIVITY directly.

For example, the META INDIRECT ACTIVITY QUALIFIER 'appendix condition' might be used to qualify the META DIRECT ACTIVITY QUALIFIER 'body site: appendix' of a META ACTIVITY 'appendectomy' to record whether the appendix removed was inflamed on the point of bursting etc. Indirect qualifiers allow recursive qualification of a qualifier to any depth.
