An indication of whether a PATIENT is making first or follow-up attendance at a particular Accident and Emergency Department.
Note: An attendance at a Consultant Clinic following an Accident and Emergency Attendance is an Out-Patient Attendance Consultant and not an Accident and Emergency Attendance even if the clinic may be held in or near the Accident and Emergency Department, e.g. a Fracture Clinic.
