An indication of whether the PATIENT has a history of offences.
Description
An indication of whether the PATIENT has a history of offences.
This includes index offences, which is if the offence is recordable, committed in England or Wales and is prosecuted by the police. Breach of the peace offences are not included.
This may be completed by CARE PROFESSIONALS based on PATIENT history or may be informed by referral information.
