Some Classes can be associated with Classes of the same type to create a hierarchy.

For example, a CLINICAL INVESTIGATION RESULT ITEM may be related to a number of other CLINICAL INVESTIGATION RESULT ITEMS.

This association between the higher level class and its lower level subdivisions is indicated by a square line in the top right hand corner of the class.
