The NHS Data Model and Dictionary has a small set of diagrams which represent parts of the NHS Data Model.

The diagrams show:

• relationships between classes
• relationship cardinality
• key attributes and
• other attributes that are relevant to the model view. Note that not all attributes for a class will be visible.
