The Data Element LEGAL STATUS CLASSIFICATION CODE (AT START OF EPISODE) has been retired from the NHS Data Model and Dictionary as at 01 November 2012 as the item was not approved for use in the Commissioning Data Sets by the Information Standards Board. The XML data element for this item was removed at Commissioning Data Set XML schema version 6-2; although the placeholder remains in Commissioning Data Set XML Schema version 6-1-1, this should not be populated in Commissioning Data Set submissions.
The last live version of LEGAL STATUS CLASSIFICATION CODE (AT START OF EPISODE) is available in the September 2012 release of the NHS Data Model and Dictionary.
