Background:
The "Together Appendix Release" June 2012 introduced the functionality to add templates for producing items within the NHS Data Model and Dictionary.
This patch add the following templates:
- Attributes
- Data Elements
- Messages:
- Central Return Data Sets
- Clinical Data Sets
- Clinical Data Sets Message Documentation
- Clinical Data Sets Submission Requirements
- NHS Business Definitions
- Retired Items
