An Out-Patient Attendance record is not required, and National Code 'Out-Patient Attendance not recorded' applies, where the PATIENT has been admitted in connection with their Radiotherapy treatment

An Out-Patient Attendance record is required, and National Code 'Out-Patient Attendance recorded' applies, where the PATIENT is either:

Admitted, but not in connection with the Radiotherapy Attendance, or

Not admitted and attends for Radiotherapy Treatment as an out-patient.
